Help!
Looking for arts jobs since I move to Oxford this Sept. Very daunted and worried by the whole affair, show me you’re not scary Oxford!
So I went to see the Birmingham Made Me shop in the Mailbox yesterday, and to check out how my window display looks. The shop itself is really good, very well laid out showcasing some really interesting work. Some of my favourites were Sit On My Face and Sara Page (click the names for links), along with Bangers and Mash clothing which I can’t find online sadly. You should definitely go to the shop and take a look, it’s a fantastic celebration of local designers and crafters.

I’m very aware that it looks like I’ve been lazy and quiet if you follow my blog, but actually I’ve been working on secret things that it’s been killing me not to tell you all! This photo is of a window display that I illustrated for Birmingham Made Me in the Mailbox, it’s just being put together in this image. I went to a Craftspace exhibition at MAC Birmingham named Made in the Middle, and it was really good. It’s all about work that’s made in the midlands or by people based or from the midlands, although the definition was a bit loose- like some people had graduated here years ago and no connection ever since. Still, there was some lovely and inspiring work there. Above you can see some of my photos of my favourite bits. Take a look: http://www.macarts.co.uk/
